How to mix Bisp

Ingredients

12 whole Black pepper
2 sticks Cinnamon
1 cup Grain alcohol
1 bottle Red wine
10 tblsp Sugar
1 Vanilla
1 bottle Water

Instructions

Let sugar, water, vanilla and other spices simmer for two hours. Strain. Add wine and alcohol. Serve.
