How to mix Absinthe Flip

Name: Absinthe Flip Other
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Absinthe; 1/2 oz Cointreau; 1 Egg; 2 tsp Lemon juice; Nutmeg

Ingredients

1/2 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 Egg
2 tsp Lemon juice
Nutmeg
1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
