How to mix Hard Eight
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Haitian Dark rum
- Fill with Ginger beer
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 2 dashes Peychaud bitters
Instructions
Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral.
