How to mix Coconut Toastie

Name: Coconut Toastie Cocktail
Ingredients: Shredded Coconut; 1 oz Light rum; 5 tblsp Vanilla ice-cream; 1/4 oz Whipped cream

Ingredients

Shredded Coconut
1 oz Light rum
5 tblsp Vanilla ice-cream
1/4 oz Whipped cream

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
