How to mix Apple Brandy Highball

Name: Apple Brandy Highball Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 oz Apple brandy; Carbonated water; 1 twist of Lemon peel

Ingredients

2 oz Apple brandy
Carbonated water
1 twist of Lemon peel

Instructions

Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
