How to mix Apple Blow Fizz

Name: Apple Blow Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 oz Apple brandy; Carbonated water; 1 Egg white; Juice of 1/2 Lemon; 1 tsp Powdered sugar

Ingredients

2 oz Apple brandy
Carbonated water
1 Egg white
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar

Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
