Ingredients: 2 oz Apricot brandy; 1 unbroken Egg yolk; 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

Instructions

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
