How to mix Golden Fizz

Ingredients

Carbonated water
1 Egg yolk
1 1/2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tblsp Sugar

Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
