How to mix Fino Martini

Name: Fino Martini Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz Gin; 1 twist of Lemon peel; 1 1/2 tsp Fino Sherry

1 twist of Lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp Fino Sherry

Instructions

In a mixing glas half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin or vodka and the sherry. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
