How to mix Cognac Highball

Name: Cognac Highball Cocktail
Ingredients: Carbonated water; 2 oz Cognac; 1 twist of Lemon peel

2 oz Cognac
1 twist of Lemon peel

Instructions

Pour cognac into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
