How to mix Chocolatier

Name: Chocolatier Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 tblsp shaved sweet Chocolate; 5 oz Chocolate ice-cream; 1 oz Creme de Cacao; 1 oz Light rum

Ingredients

1 tblsp shaved sweet Chocolate
5 oz Chocolate ice-cream
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Light rum

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate shavings) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.
