Place both cans of Cream of Coconut (unopened) in hot water for 10 minutes. Then pour the Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Cream of Coconut, and Grenadine in a large punch bowl. For a Oklahoma Frozen Twister place all the ingredients in a blender with a 12 oz cup of ice and blend til smooth. Then add garnish.
