Ingredients
- 1 tblsp Chocolate syrup
- 3 drops Coconut syrup
- 1 can sweetened Condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup Half-and-half
- 1 cup Scotch
Instructions
Mix scotch and milk. Add half-and-half. Add rest.
