How to mix Horse's Neck

Name: Horses Neck Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 dashes Bitters; 2 oz Brandy; 5 oz Ginger ale; 1 long strip Lemon peel

2 dashes Bitters
2 oz Brandy
5 oz Ginger ale
1 long strip Lemon peel

Instructions

Place the lemon peel spiral in a highball glass and drape one end of it over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the brandy, ginger ale, and bitters into the glass. Stir well.
