How to mix Cognac Flip

Name: Cognac Flip Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 3/4 oz Cognac; 3/4 oz Cream; 1 Egg yolk; Ice; 1/2 oz Sugar syrup

Instructions

Shake well all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass and grate some nutmeg on top.
